Hi @Tim Edwards Do we have access to silicon proven SRAM compiler?, For picorv32, which sram are you using?

OpenRAM, although it is only barely silicon proven---we have not thoroughly characterized or verified it on the existing MPW run silicon. We are using the 2k block that is in the "sram_macros" library here: https://github.com/efabless/sky130_sram_macros
