Is there a typo in the spec for the HV-NMOS device (and HV-PMOS as well)? The 130nm 1.5V device sounds right, 1.65V max at 125C, but not the 3.3V device. For the 3.3V device, if the max is 3.3V at room temp, and only for L>=0.6um, this device should not be rated for 3.3V.
