Hi All. Some basic questions on this process:

1.  How many metal layers?
2. What is the max voltage supported?
3. How can I T/O on it? My understanding is I don't go through efabless like SW130

There is <https://ihp-open-ip.readthedocs.io/en/latest/>

Which is a program where you can submit some open source IPs to be taped out for free. But as I understand you only get some loaner chip back for evaluation and have to return them after evaluation is done.

For MPW, Euro Practice also has run on ihp which includes SG13G2.
