Hi all, I'm trying to use sky130 to create a DNA synthesis chip. The aluminum pads of metal 5 will unfortunately degrade in the solutions that I want to use, but titanium nitride is compatible with the process (https://doi.org/10.1002/cmdc.202400189). Is there anyway with skywater to expose titanium nitride with a glass cut instead of aluminum?

Skywater will not do special processing such as that for us and Sky130. Special projects have come up before. They might be agreeable if you engage directly with them on their S130 process. But, if they agree it will not be for free.

Well, that makes sense. Do you have any estimates of how much such a thing would cost, or things I should keep in mind? I'll go ask them as well, but I'd love to get some intuition on what I should look out for
