Hello. I am trying to use Xschem to create a circuit that uses the <https://github.com/efabless/skywater-pdk-libs-sky130_fd_pr/tree/main/cells/special_nfet_01v8|special_nfet_01v8> cell, but I noticed that open_pdks doesn't provide a `"sky130A/libs.tech/xschem/sky130_fd_pr/special_nfet_01v8.sch"` file out of the box.

I am happy to do a PR myself if I could get some pointers. I assume the required change is in <https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/open_pdks/blob/master/sky130/xcircuit/sky130_fd_pr.lps|sky130/xcircuit/sky130_fd_pr.lps>, but I haven't had the time to actually look through the file yet.
