Hi, after changing the decap and fill also my tapeout is getting failed

@sherin Is LVS failing or some other step?

At step 11of 13 again I am Getting the error 1132 DRC violation

What did you change about the decap and fill?

Decap 3 and fill 1&2 updated in config file

@David Lindley @Anton Maurovic (efabless support) Is this a known issue? DRC errors after switching to smaller decap/fill cells.

I did not expect it. I have not seen a layout with it yet, though. @sherin is this a tapeout run? What is your job name?

Hi @sherin can you verify you swapped to the decap3 and fill 1 & 2? It looks like you are still using the decap_12 cell.
