Hi everyone! I’m reaching out because I have just 4 days to submit an LNA design using Skywater130 PDK, and I could really use your help!
Specs:
• Frequency: 10 MHz, Gain: 10-20 dB
• Noise Figure: 1-3 dB, S11/S22: < -10 dB, S21: > 1 dB
• Power: VDD 1.8V, VSS 0V
• Area Constraint: 500 µm x 500 µm, Pins: 3 (excluding VDD and VSS)
• Application: Sensor
I’m a beginner in analog design, and this opportunity is huge—it could lead to my design being fabricated! I found an LNA design document for a Skywater130-based LNA at 5 GHz (Gain 17.7 dB, NF 3.41 dB, 8 mW, area 435 x 415 µm).
My question: Can I adapt this circuit to meet my 10 MHz requirements, or should I explore a different approach?
