Hello guys, I have a simple question. Using a bandgap that you can find in the literature. How can I shift on right or left side the curvature? You have a perfect curvature, but now you want to shift on right side, how can I do?

You can design two voltage references, one with a zero coefficient and another with a positive coefficient. Then you use a comparator to select between the two, depending on the temperature.

I am not fully convinced… maybe I didn’t understand what you are saying. If I designed two bandgap I get the same curvature on the same temperature. I am thinking from geometrical prospective of the signal.

You can design another bandgap with a positive or negative coefficient. The usual bandgap has an ideally 0 coefficient. You can achieve any coefficient by carefully designing the resistances, for example.
