I am trying to recreate the LNA from this research paper using sky130 : https://scholar.valpo.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=2230&context=cus I have tried to create schematic with provided information, but i am confused on what inputs should i give to the LNA, can anyone help me in to run this LNA

Looking at your testbench I'd suggest adding a capacitor to block the dc from your input source from changing the bias level set with Mb and to flip the current source for Iref around so that it actually pushes current into Mb (as it's not it's trying to pull current from it)
Also, 50A into the bias circuit might be a bit much...

can you recommend the values based on the performance values, what values should i give to inputs for iref and vin.. @Roel Jordans thanks for your reply
this is how, i am getting outputs for the following scheamtic values
r
start with getting the sinewave source to produce the 5 GHz that this LNA is designed for as input and 1 mV amplitude should be a nice starting point to keep things reasonably linear for a quick test.

is this format of giving input is correct "sin (0 1m 5G) ac 1"

@Pathan Rehman Ahmed khan-student You would have to run an sp analysis to get the s parameters, Noise figure.
