Have you checked out Tiny Tapeout? You can submit tiny, 160x100 micron designs using either an HDL like Verilog or by connecting logic gates on a point-and-click web interface.

yes, I went through that. I am familiar with verilog as well. can you share some resources as to how to get started with the process that tinytapeout follows? a video guide would be very helpful
