Does anyone know how you'd implement a bucket brigade on Sky130 ? The trick is to manage to create a lot of capacitance between the drain and gate of a mosfet. Looking at they seem to have a second poly deposition after the n+ implants of the drain and use that as the capacitance. But AFAIK that's not an option in sky130.
