Hello, I’m stuck with my study project and need your help and advice. I’m simulating a complementary cross-coupled oscillator and have several questions that I couldn’t find answers online. Please help me with the following: 1. I’m working on this project for a glucose sensor, but I’m unsure which frequency should I use. 2. I imported the S-parameters of the MEMS inductance and used the n1port. Is this the correct way to integrate it? (I connected the positive terminal to the left part and the negative terminal to the right part.) 3. When choosing the varactor dimensions, I found that the width of the transistors should be based on the tuning range. However, I noticed that the K_VCO remains almost the same for different dimensions. Why is this happening?

There is a capacitance from the varactor and a capacitance from everything else. If the cap from everything else is much larger than it, it doesn't make much difference. The output frequency must be limited by the circuit it is connected to. Which circuit is it?
