How do you connect capacitors imported from spice into magic?

What kind of capacitors? MiM caps? Those layouts have a large contact over the entire top of the capacitor. That's the top plate connection. The bottom plate extends out to the side and there is a contact along the side that contacts back up to the top metal, and that's the bottom plate connection. It is generally advisable (for antenna rule reasons, although the sky130 PDK doesn't have any specific rules regarding MiM cap antennas) not to contact from the bottom plate of a MiM cap downwards, but to contact upwards to the metal layer above and then back down to whatever circuit you are connecting the bottom plate to.

I am using mim caps m3_2. Also I have given MF values as well.
