While submitting the MPW precheck and Tapeout do we need to skip lvs , 
Or if we skip lvs what happens , pls explain

Highly recommend that you run LVS.
However, there may situations where LVS will not pass on the server. For example, currently the server is using sky130A so any reram projects will fail.

LVS also requires (for non-default designs) setup in the form of an `lvs_config.json` file.

If you can’t get LVS to pass on the server, it is highly recommend that you get LVS to pass locally. Please let me know if you have any problems.
