Till now I have not tried with other chips . we have done some inspections on the board, there was no loose contact with the socket. But the fun part is that it worked properly many times before and took a sudden stop. Tomorrow I will try to change the chip and will update the details.

if it worked before and then stopped then it's probably a program written to the flash

Have you tried Tim's suggestion: I suggest trying the method of holding down the reset button, disconnecting and reconnecting the USB, then running the hkflash program, all while continuing to hold the button down. That would check for the possibility that there is a program already on the flash chip that is disabling the housekeeping SPI pins shortly after power-up.

We tried to hold the reset button for about 10 seconds. We will try this method.

We don't Know the exact problem with the firmware, by pressing the rest button for the through out process it worked. we tried to connect an ultrasonic sensor (HCSR-04) and tried to find the readings. Actually it got stuck, later we dropped it and again tried the LED blink and it worked, on another day we got the all 0000 problem. Sir, how can we integrate analog sensors to the board?. Also is there any other way to create I2C peripheral other than the bit banging method?. What are the procedures to be followed for integrating sensors?
