Hello everyone. I recently designed a current mirror OTA using TSMC 180nm technology and encountered an issue with the output bias point. I tested the circuit in both open-loop and closed-loop configurations, and the results of the DC operating point are shown. In the open-loop configuration, the PMOS cascode transistor (M27) enters the triode region. However, in the closed-loop setup, the loop stabilizes the operating point. I'm looking for advice on how to resolve this issue, as adjusting the sizes of the current mirror transistors hasn't helped. Thank you.
