Hi all. Does anyone know what is the maximum current supported on the analogue pads on sky130?

Based on electromigration numbers which are not from SkyWater but based on similar interconnect (i.e., aluminum, scaled appropriately for layer thickness), the regular analog pad on Caravan with its 25um wide connection on metal3 (1.5mA/micron) can take around 38mA current. The three pads specially designed for high current capacity have two 25um wide connections on a stack of metals 3, 4, and 5; (1.5, 1.5, and 2.3mA/micron, respectively), if connected correctly, can support roughly 265mA each.
