I'm trying to correlate the vth's I see with whats reported in the "Device details" section of the SW PDK Doc. Does anyone know the exact test conditions for these numbers e.g. what are the vgs, vds conditions for the svt PMOS vth values shown below: My vth numbers are close but not exactly equal to what is quoted which must be due to deltas between my DCOP and that used for the quoted values.
