Does the eFabless tools work in Mac ?

Yes. You can use docker on the mac too.

You might try this video’s procedure. It been on my todo list forever but unfortunately I can't say I've tried it myself.

It does work on Mac but it's very frustrating to get it up and running

In Mac in my side it's partially working. Many files didn't download for ngspice like analog.cm etc.
