I just followed the latest openroad instructions to install flow tools and openroad itself. when i run a design, i get this error:

is this a known problem or am I doing something wrong or other?

i believe this was because i was trying to use my existing installation of openroad instead of the in-tree copy made with `build_openroad.sh`
