which version of OpenLane you're facing this issue? With latest OpenLane this issue got resolved

@Vijayan Krishnan Agreed! I ran into the error with the openlane version 2022.07.02_01.38.08 as on mpw-7a tag. But the error goes away with the latest openlane (and corresponding open_pdks)
