I'm looking at the ESD devices and it's not clear to me how to connect them. It seems there is only a NMOS ESD FET, and googling around for ESD schematics you mostly just get diode wired PMOS and NMOS devices, but given that there is only one PMOS ESD FET, I assume you have to wire it up in some way such that the body diodes and all that form the two diodes that you actually want, without exposing the gate to the ESD.
