Today, I was able to make public the first round of raw data collected by CoolCAD from the manufacturing test tiles on #C016UL7AQ73 MPW1! See https://github.com/google/skywater-pdk-sky130-raw-data -- Next steps are to visualize and compare to the actual data currently in SKY130 PDK.
