Hello all, Anyone here have experience working with the pdn.tcl file in openlane. I'm working with the 12LP PDK. I'm able to form my ring with M3 and C4, with M1, M3, C4 stripes, but when I try to move my layers up and use C4, C5 in place of M3, C4 metal layers don't generate at all or there are no vias connecting them. If anyone has experience with anything like this I can share more info.
