I am new to this. I am getting 2 errors, related to Make files.

seems you're trying to harden `user_adder`. Is that directory exist inside openlane?

I went inside make file there is no target named user adder.  do I need to add user adder inside make file?

not required to change anything in Makefile. are you able to run `make user_proj_example` to complete counter design?
