Does anyone know if IP is available for a CAM (Content addressable memory) or TCAM (Ternary CAM). Thank you

There is no commercially available TCAM IP that I"m aware of for SKY130. There have been several OS attempts but I'm not aware of their status. If there is demand we will get it developed either as OS or commercial depending on needs of the community. What kind of memory densities do you need. Are you looking for a few lines (which can be easily done in RTL) or do you need a larger density TCAM?
