Hi, I have an analog design with deep n-well,so that i can give the negative supply to my design.But iam not able to pass the lvs check. Is there any issue with the deep n-well??

Show us your design's connections to substrate,deep-nwell and isolated pwell.

@Vyshnav P Dinesh you may need to flatten part of the design during extraction to get the correct deep nwell and isolated psubstrate connectivity. The deep nwell and surrounding nwell guard ring must be on the same layout hierarchy when magic extracts.
