What is process to access the tapeout failure logs?, When click on request for job data: I see "you'll receive an email upon completion of your request. Please allow up to 5 minutes for your request to be fulfilled." I don't see any mail .. Previously we use to have opengalaaxy access database.

it should send you an email with links to download the logs and reports. opengalaxy is no longer supported in this process.

@Marwan Abbas I have failure in Tapeout check - STDERR: [ WARN ] FOM Density Check Result: 'caravel_24065f12.oas' has 40 DRC violations. I have placed multiple time request jobs, I don't receive any email.

@Dinesh A they are working on a change to the fill generation scripts that should be out in a day or two. This might solve your problem. I don’t know why you’re not getting the log files.
