Hi, is there a way for me to fabricate flash memory using sky130A. Though there is a research paper but I couldn't find the layer on magic.

The layer is called "sonos". We do not have access to the SONOS cells developed by Cypress---They were not part of the open PDK offering. However, there are design rules for using the SONOS layer, so with a bit of work it should be possible to construct a working cell. Jennifer Hasler's group at Georgia Tech also did some layout on early Open MPW runs of floating-gate devices using regular polysilicon, not SONOS.
