You can use the iic-osic-tools docker image (https://github.com/iic-jku/IIC-OSIC-TOOLS) or the Tiny Tapeout analog VM (https://github.com/TinyTapeout/analog-virtualbox-vm-sky130a). You do the layout the same way as on TT, you just have way more area and a different template for the pins.
