The best teams that I've operated on have always gained the most from the union of the skills far more than the intersection. It is the ability to see and operate as a collective with common vision but far beyond the individual skills and construct value from the complex whole that solves the most challenging of problems. The fastest path to money is very different and is usually centered on constructing a product that leverages a single freshly formed intersection of desires/needs and technical/business abilities from customers and providers respectively, where previously there was an opening now there is an offering with a business model that incentivizes change for both parties.
