Hi, should I connect the dummy transistors to vss (GND) or cm (current mirror output)?

I'm making layout for a differential pair with interdigitation and lateral dummies, the CM signal comes from a current mirror.
I'm not sure where should I connect the dummies.

Mmm, the layout is more complicated if dummy device is connected to `vss`. If that's the case, each device should have one `s`/`d` terminal connected to `cm` , that could produce a small current on the dummy devices.

I think the only option is to connect `D`, `S` and `G` from the dummy transistors to `cm`
