There is also SONOS in both sky130A and sky130B. It's less readily usable at the moment, but as more and more test designs get back to their owners and get characterized I expect to eventually have IP blocks for Flash & EEPROM.

@htamas thanks for that information. I had heard SONOS quickly mentioned in the first PDF talks in mid 2020 but had not noticed anything about it after that. Then came the Sky130A (no ReRAM) and Sky130B separation and I thought the focus was on that

Is there any documentation on the ReRAM unit cells? On how to read/write and SoA? I tried looking into the sky130 documentation and there's no mention of ReRAM...
