Hello can anyone advise me my lvs for reram pass but with reram as Blackbox Earlier there was property issues that I get rod off by adding lines in the setup.tcl Magic extracted the reram as sky130_fd_pr_ __reram__cell So in schematic I change the model name to pass the lvs and it pass but with reram as Blackbox So how to avoid that @Akash Levy .

Blackboxing the ReRAM is probably fine

I didn't fource to be Blackbox flow of my simulation is considering as Blackbox I was confused for that till now thank you so much for your information
