Has anyone tried to form the RRAM device? @Matt Venn @Tim Edwards Before forming, I tried reading the fresh RRAM device by applying low read voltage on the bitline and getting resistance in Giga ohms. Is it seems correct for unformed RRAM device?

What voltage did you use? It should be > 10MOhms for sure but not sure about Giga Ohms. Is the project available online so I can hv a look?

I have applied 0.2V as read voltage. What read voltage it should be for resistance to be in 10Mohms which you might have used?

Is this simulation or measurement of silicon? Unfortunately I did not get 10Mohms during measurement, but I got much lower as I mentioned here

yes , we are doing testing on silicon( on our received chip).
