Hi everyone, I managed to get everything to work well together and can design now. I just now have two questions, 1) I am assuming the npn13G2 is the one I should use for RF design, but up to what frequency does this model work? (Do we have measured vs simulated or at least simulated in Spectre vs Spice? ) 2) And then how accurate is the noise modeling in the devices? I am getting strange quirks like -4dB NF_min, when simulating ideal preliminary matching networks. Take note, I get the quirks at 40-80GHz. 🙂
