Hi, Does anyone have this kind of issue related to esd_nfet_05v0_nvt model?

I have now switched to the 'combined' model set:

set SKYWATER_MODELS /.../share/pdk/sky130A/libs.tech/combined

using

esd_nfet_05v0_nvt

as the model and

W=10 L=2

it works. (L allowed between 0.9 and 4) I will set these model names and dimensions in the default values of the symbol as they are currently wrong. The symbol itself should be copied from

nfet_g5v0d10v5_nvt_esd.sym

to

nfet_05v0_nvt_esd.sym

. For now I have set the right model name and W, L in

nfet_g5v0d10v5_nvt_esd.sym
