Where and how do I submit the proposal? By email? Is there a webpage for this?
b
Either to shuttle@efabless.com, or can post the proposals here. Recommend not posting a CV in the channel. For privacy, you can DM the proposals and CVs to Tim Edwards directly. Edit: I believe the approved proposals will be shared on this channel, or some other public forum after Tuesday, 3/5.

Yes. So far, everyone has been emailing to shuttle@efabless.com and those get forwarded to me, and I'm keeping a collection of them.

i sent my CV in the email body and pdf as attachment. Hope thats ok

Hi, I misunderstood the submission process and thought we were required to submit our research proposal on both our GitHub page and the Efabless page. I emailed to shuttle@efabless.com right now. Should we send our CV as well? Since the deadline was the 1st of March, Do you accept our research proposal? Thanks
t
@sepide asgari: Send me a link to the github page; if that content was posted prior to the deadline then I will accept it.

Hi Tim, Today, before looking into the Slack channel and knowing about the submission process, I made some updates to the files in GitHub (Made some minor changes on grammatical issues), but you can see from the history that we committed 2 days ago. You can look at the Efabless site we registered for the CI 2404 Project from Canada 2 days ago. I would highly appreciate it if you accept our research proposal since we have made lots of efforts in preparation for this competition. Here is the GitHub Page: https://github.com/EMIL-YORKU/SeqSoc_Chipalooza Thanks.

This isn't specifically one of the 21 circuit blocks specified for the Chipalooza challenge. The ADC subsystem could be, if it matches the specifications for the 16-bit SAR ADC block.
@sepide asgari: If you'll commit to limiting the project to just the ADC part for the Chipalooza challenge, I can accept the proposal. But from the proposal, I can't tell what is the specification for the ADC. Will it meet the requirements of the 16-bit SAR ADC block?

Thank you for your response. I need to talk to my supervisor. I'll let you know ASAP.
t
Please try to get a response to me in the next few hours or so because I need to make an announcement of challenge participants by the end of my workday today.

Hi Tim, Sorry for my late response. We prefer not to participate in this run. Thanks.
