@Bilal Gabula I have the same warnings, I hope these are higher order parameters. Anyway I don't know how much NPNs are used in sky130 and how well these are characterized. I have corrected the npn_05v5.sym xschem symbol to include the m=... in the netlist. Thanks for pointing that out. If you need it you can replace the symbol in your pdk installation with the one provided here (the upstream commit).
