@channel Just wondering -- does anyone have characterization results for the chips that you received (2022 SSCS PICO contest tapeout)?

We're going to do our measurements next month, as soon as our custom PCBs arrive!

we do! we are not done yet, though and we also found some unexpected behavior with the pad ring when VDDIO (ESD diode voltage) is set to 5V which we still don't completely understand (as @Tim Edwards knows from all our questions on this channel)

I have raw s2p files for common-source nmos and a cascode, as well as some passive devices and a cascode amplifier. Would it help? I sadly didn't have enough space to add calibration kits to do de-embedding with the real data, so I'm working on software de-embed.
