May I please have help in how to plot internal node in subcircuit (ipin and opin) in ngspice using xschem

subcircuit ports are saved by ngspice with the name of the nets connected to them in the parent hierarchy level

if you type

display

in the ngspice repl then it will print the names of all the saved variables/pins
