Hello everyone. I received a email from Fedex saying my MPW6 chip is in Brazil. However they are requesting the NCM (Harmonized System Code). Would anyone know how do I get this code?

@wisla morais you need to call them and ask them to how to get this code for your package.

@Sara N FedEx replied that I need to get this code from the exporter.

@wisla morais I've contacted FedEx and was told nothing from the shipper is required. So, as i said, you (as the recipient) need to provide the required info in the email they have sent you in order to get the package released.

That’s strange, they are giving you different info.

Yes. I had emailed the code to them and they got back to me saying it was wrong and that I could ask the exporter for the code.
