12/27/2023, 10:12 AMYes this time the shipment was sent with the mark that the taxes and duties will be bear by the consignee not the exporter thats why we have to pay taxes and duties for it to collect it.

12/27/2023, 10:53 PM@hamza shabbir Efabless has already paid the delivery fee. Please contact FedEx to make sure it's not the "custom fee". If it's delivery fee you would need to provide the agent name and date of contact then i would reach out to them to clear the delivery cost.

01/08/2024, 5:42 PMHi there. You need to contact your broker at UK custom and tell them it’s samples. It’s also on the invoice that the shipment is “ samples” to avoid tax.
