Hello everyone, I have this pcell of an pfet with the conections as source-drain-source-drain-source, but the lvs is taking the last conection as a drain. Is it there a way to make this work ?

Normally, mosfet source and drain connections are set to be permutable during LVS. There’s no way to physically differentiate between the two.
