I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but does anyone know who to talk to about possibly getting an entire uncut wafer for the GFMPW-1 shuttle? I'm working on a university research project where we intend to do some further non-CMOS depositions, and are willing to pay for any additional extra costs.

Google is paying for the shuttle. Costs for the open-MPW runs are low because there is no special handling.
