I got some 62 FOM Desnisty DRC,working on it,but shows it as warning

But when I try to read the gds in tapeout output folder,I get this error <@U017X0NM2E7>

`bad_alloc` generally means you need more memory. Does that make sense in your situation?

The error is at the `caravel_23116bb8` level. Can you  try opening the `caravel_23116bb8.oas` file?
