Select instance in magic using "I" keystroke and press `CTRL+P` to open property manager. Change MOSFET dimensions here.

Draw box over layer where label is required. Go to `Edit-&gt;Text` menu in magic and fill the entries. Select the appropriate layer like metal1, metal2 based on layer over which this label is required in `Attach to layer` option.
