Never seen that one. Can you open

$PDK_ROOT/$PDK/libs.tech/openlane/config.tcl

? Is your

$PDK_ROOT

set to an absolute file name as opposed to a relative file name?

Rookie error sorry - we've switched back to Openlane1 so pulled a new repo down, and hadn't run

make setup

in that one!
