Hello, I'm facing a challenge in my design and I need some assistance. I'm currently working on a driver that utilises NMOS and PMOS devices from the G5V0D16V0 family. However, when I access the layout tool, Magic, I'm unable to find this particular device family in the list of available devices. This issue is causing a roadblock in the layout development of my project. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions on how to effectively develop my layout using the G5V0D16V0 family, or if there are any workarounds to address this issue. Your expertise and advice would be of great help. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

@Filippo: This is a very interesting question because the model file
all.spice
is including a model file for this device, but the model file does not exist. I need to track down the naming conversions from s8 and determine if the model file ever existed, or if maybe there is a discrepancy in the device naming and it exists, but under a different name. Let me check and get back to you.
I take back part of that last statement. The device model file does exist. It is the drain-extended device. Currently this device is not supported in magic, but I could implement the necessary layers and rules pretty quickly.

Okay, if you can implement it in magic, it would be very helpful for me because I need this device to design my driver.
Thanks

@Filippo: It will take a few days to implement and verify.
