Was the gm/Id issue ever resolved or has this been shelved for the time being?

The models would need to be updated, which to my knowledge has not happened.

@Boris Murmann From reading the issue it sounds like there might be some improved continuous models being experimented with in the background. Is this in development or has it been shelved?

The continuous models do not solve the problem with gm/ID, unfortunately.
